Do not pull directly on the electrical wires,
you could damage them.
5. Take a new mechanism and connect the
electrical wire as shown, by tightening the
screw to 0.3 Nm.
Make sure there is no free play in the
connection once the screw is fully
tightened.
6. Put back gently the wire into the helmet.
Once the wire is almost entirely inside the
helmet, position the mechanism and put back
the three screws. Tighten them to 0.4 Nm.
Do not pinch the wire between the
mechanism and the shell.

8. Put back the face shield as described in
the “7. FACE SHIELD” section of this manual.
9. Connect your helmet to your vehicle for a quick functional test, to
make sure everything is working properly visor should start heating.
