Step #2: Loosely attach the leg “L” brackets to the top
plate of the leg, with the flat of the brackets parallel to
the side stretchers. Use 1/4-20 x 7/8” hex head bolts
going up through the bottom of the plate with 1/4”
flatwashers on both sides and 1/4-20 hex nuts on top.

squarely on top of the four leg plates, between the “L”
brackets.
