Step #4: With the baseframe loosely assembled place it
squarely on top of the four leg plates between the “L”
brackets.

Step #6: Loosely attach the side sills to the “L” brackets
using 3/8-16 x 2-1/4” hex head bolts, 3/8 flat washers and
3/8-16 hex nut.
