The strip that you are using does
not correspond to the analyte of the
data-chip.
Remove the data-chip and use the one
corresponding to the strips that you are using and
check whether the parameter symbol is the right
one.
Wrong data-chip.
Remove the wrong data-chip and insert the correct
one making sure that it corresponds to the test that
you are performing.
Wrong reading of the data-chip or
data-chip error.
Remove and insert again the data-chip. If the
problem persists contact the MULTICAREIN
Customer Service.
The blood volume is not enough.
Repeat the test with a new strip and apply a higher
volume of blood.
The data-chip is not inserted.
Insert the data-chip corresponding to the strips that
you want to use.
