What the lights on your BT Mini Hub mean
Light Colour Status What’s happening
Power Blue On Mini Hub running normally
Flashing Mini Hub resetting, synchronising or sleeping. Give it a couple of minutes
O No power. Check everything’s on. Still no light? Go to bt.com/help/minihub
Wireless Blue On Wireless enabled, sending or receiving data
Orange Flashing WPS is connecting. If it doesn’t, use your wireless password on the Mini Hub
Orange On Wireless security o for 2.4GHz or 5GHz band.
For help, go to bt.com/help/minihub
O Wireless isn’t on. If you haven’t turned wireless o, you might need to
restart and/or reset your kit. See page 9
Data Blue
Orange
Red
On Mini Hub is connected to network.
Transfer speeds: blue is high; orange is medium; red is low.
Slow speed? Check your set-up on page 5.
For tips on improving speed, go to bt.com/help/minihub
