- BTV, S.L. GARANTIZA por medio de
su red nacional de Servicios de
Asistencia Técnica (SAT), la caja fuerte
señalada, contra cualquier defecto de
fabricación, mecánico o electrónico,
que afecte a su buen funcionamiento
durante 3 años a partir de la fecha de
compra,presentando este certicado
debidamente cumplimentado, junto con
la factura o el ticket de compra.
- Esta garantía no cubre las averías
producidas por causas no imputables
a la caja fuerte, tales como
violencia, accidentes, uso indebido,
sometimiento a excesiva temperatura,
exceso de humedad, ambiente salino,
deciente instalación por ltración de
agua, cemento, yeso, materiales de
instalación, soldaduras, etc.
- La garantía quedará anulada si la caja
fuerte es manipulada por personas
ajenas a nuestra organización o
servicios técnicos no ociales de la
marca.
- Durante el periodo de garantía,
las piezas y la mano de obra de la
reparación serán por cuenta de BTV, S.L.
- BTV no aceptará ninguna mercancía
si previamente no se ha acordado
la entrega con el SAT (Servicio de
Asistencia Técnica) central.
- Las baterías (pilas) no están
amparadas por esta garantía.
- Esta garantía no afecta los derechos
de que dispone el consumidor
conforme a la ley 7/2021.
MUY IMPORTANTE: Este certicado
de garantía debe permanecer en su
poder. Es imprescindible presentarlo
al SAT junto con la factura o ticket de
compra y los datos que se solicitan
debidamente cumplimentados por el
establecimiento vendedor: Fecha de
venta y sello del establecimiento.
La tarjeta debe entregarse al SAT o
adjuntarse a la caja en el caso de
enviarla en un transporte.
Las piezas sustituidas quedarán en
poder del SAT.
Ante cualquier incidencia, póngase
en contacto con su proveedor
habitual, el SAT de zona más cercano
o con el Servicio de Atención al
Cliente (SAC) consultando el sitio web
serviciotecnico.btv.es.
- BTV, S.L. GUARANTEES through
its national network of Technical
Assistance Services (SAT), the indicated
safe, against any manufacturing,
mechanical or electronic defect
that aects its proper functioning for
3 years from the date of purchase,
presenting this duly completed
certicate, along with the invoice or
purchase receipt.
- This guarantee does not cover failures
caused by causes not attributable to
the safe, such as violence, accidents,
improper use, exposure to excessive
temperature, excess humidity, saline
environment, poor installation due
to water inltration, cement, plaster,
materials installation, welding, etc.
- The guarantee will be void if the safe
is manipulated by people outside our
organization or unocial technical
services of the brand.
- During the warranty period, the parts
and labor for the repair will be paid by
BTV, S.L.
- BTV will not accept any merchandise
if the delivery has not previously been
agreed with the central SAT (Technical
Assistance Service).
- Batteries (batteries) are not covered
by this warranty.
- This guarantee does not aect the
rights available to the consumer in
accordance with Law 7/2021.
VERY IMPORTANT: This guarantee
certicate must remain in your
possession. It is essential to present
it to the SAT together with the invoice
or purchase ticket and the information
requested duly completed by the
selling establishment: Date of sale and
stamp of the establishment.
The card must be delivered to the SAT
or attached to the box in the case of
sending it in a transport.
The replaced parts will remain in the
possession of the SAT.
In the event of any incident, contact
your usual supplier, the nearest SAT
in the area or the Customer Service
Department (SAC) by consulting the
website serviciotecnico.btv.es.
- BTV, S.L. GARANTIT à travers son réseau
national de Services d’Assistance
Technique (SAT), le core-fort indiqué,
contre tout défaut de fabrication,
mécanique ou électronique aectant
son bon fonctionnement pendant 3
ans à compter de la date d’achat, en
présentant ce certicat dûment rempli,
accompagné de la facture ou reçu.
- Cette garantie ne couvre pas les
pannes causées par des causes non
imputables au core-fort, telles
que la violence, les accidents, une
mauvaise utilisation, l’exposition à
des températures excessives, un
excès d’humidité, un environnement
salin, une mauvaise installation due
à des inltrations d’eau, de ciment,
de plâtre, d’installation de matériaux,
soudage, etc...
- La garantie sera annulée si le core-
fort est manipulé par des personnes
extérieures à notre organisation ou aux
services techniques non ociels de la
marque.
- Pendant la période de garantie, les
pièces et la main-d’œuvre pour la
réparation seront payées par BTV, S.L.
- BTV n’acceptera aucune marchandise
si la livraison n’a pas été préalablement
convenue avec la centrale SAT (Service
d’Assistance Technique).
- Les piles (piles) ne sont pas couvertes
par cette garantie.
- Cette garantie n’aecte pas les
droits dont dispose le consommateur
conformément à la loi 7/2021.
TRÈS IMPORTANT : Ce certicat
de garantie doit rester en votre
possession. Il est indispensable de
le présenter à la SAT accompagné
de la facture ou du ticket d’achat et
des informations demandées dûment
complétées par l’établissement
vendeur : Date de vente et cachet de
l’établissement.
La carte doit être remise à la SAT ou
jointe à la boîte en cas d’envoi dans un
transport.
Les pièces remplacées resteront en
possession de la SAT.
En cas d’incident, contactez votre
fournisseur habituel, la SAT la plus
proche de votre zone ou le Service
Clients (SAC) en consultant le site
serviciotecnico.btv.es.
