You have just entered the world of intelligent security by
acquiring a SAFE equipped with an ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT.
With our technology we have achieved the maximum
guarantees of reliability and SAFETY, and thanks to an
exhaustive QUALITY CONTROL we are sure that we can
satisfy all your expectations. We look forward to counting
you among our customers and friends, and please read
and follow the instructions below carefully.
NOTE: The instructions in this manual are for general use.
For special programming consult with BTV, S.L.

equivalent). Look at the sell-by date on the batteries
(Pic. 1).
Alkaline batteries recommended. Codes from
2 to 15 digits.
Automatic blocking system for 5 minutes
when more than 10 consecutive incorrect codes are
entered.
Low batteries’ warning system. Inside easy
access to replacement of batteries.
E-EPROM memory
circuit, which stores data for more than 40 years, with no
need to have it connected to the batteries.
User friendly signalling system, makes its use easy and
convenient for handicapped.
More than 5.000 openings
with new batteries. Replace the batteries every year for
correct functioning.

batteries are completely discharged.
User code delay
function: 0 to 99 minutes time delay.
Decora series
includes interior LED lighting.
3. RECOMMENDATIONS
Read carefully these instructions and warranty before
any action.
Keep the series number of your safe, this will
allow opening service, spare components, etc.
These
safes should not be built in the oor; for this use, we
recommend our wide range of oor safes. You must
protect electronic circuit in the door against humidity
(opening, moving, etc.).
Watch out carefully for the life
period of the batteries before installing them in your safe
(Pic. 1).
Check and replace the batteries every year. Do
not install in a humid environment.
Not welding the safe
to any structure.
IMPORTANT! Check every action with open
door, before closing it.
4. FIRST USE
If your safe is closed, open it with the
unlock key you will nd in the enclosed
envelope (point 7), combined with the user key (point 7).
If you nd some drawback such as celofan, cardboard…
next to the bolts, please remove it.
Next, t the four
batteries as indicated on instructions manual, see point
9.
Then open and close the safe several times (point 5).
To follow properly, you should change the original user
code for your own one (point 6).
IMPORTANT! Check every action with open door, before
closing it.
5. OPENING/CLOSING INSTRUCTIONS
Introduce the key and follow the next steps:
Introduce your code number (Pic. 2). All the safes have
the code 1 2 3 4 5 6 programmed when used for the rst
time. After you press each digit, there will be a short beep
and the red light will turn on. If you do not press any key
for 7 consecutive seconds, the unit will disconnect; in this
case, start again from step the beginning. If the code
entered was correct, the green light will turn on; you will
then have 5 seconds to turn the knob or the key, while
this light stays on (Pic. 3) (the opening is automatic in the
motorised models of safes). If the green light turns o
and you did not open the safe yet, go back to step 5.1.
Turn the key or the knob to close the door.
IMPORTANT! Do not ever forget the key in the key hole.
6. PROGRAMMING OR CHANGING YOUR CODE
User code: every safe has been programmed with equal
code. 
Open your safe following the instructions for opening
(point 5). Press the key “#/Reset” (Pic. 2); the red
light will turn on and a programming tone will be heard.
Introduce your current code (from the factory, the
number 1 2 3 4 5 6). If the code is correct, you will hear
the programming tone. Enter the new code (from 2 to
15 digits), followed by the key “C”. After this, you will hear
again the programming tone.
Finally, introduce again
the new code, so as to conrm it. A programming tone
will be heard, and the
green light will turn on, indicating that the new code has
been programmed, and it is now possible to lock the safe.
If the programmation was not corretly done, you and you
should star from point A.2.
Before closing the door,
check the new code at least three times, following the
opening instructions.

Emergency code: every safe has been programmed with
a dierent emergency code. We recommend you not
to change it, but if you wish to make it, follow the next
sequence:
Open the door with your emergency code (see point 7,
and the enclosed envelope). Press the key “#/Reset”

Finally, introduce again the new code, so as to conrm
it. A programming tone will be heard, and the green
light will turn on, indicating that the new code has been
programmed, and it is now possible to lock the safe (in
motorised models, once you have closed the door, the
bolts will lock automatically). If the programmation was
not correctly done, you will hear an error tone. Before
closing the door, check the new code at least three
times, following the opening instructions.
