Connect manometer to measure positive gas pressure and check range for natural gas and LPG.
Power unit, enter Chimney Sweep mode, and set to High Fire for capability test.
Confirm gas pressure at High Fire does not drop below 3.5” W.C.
Connect manometer to manifold tapping to read negative gas pressure.
Turn on boiler and confirm heating system pressure is at minimum 15psi.
Check and adjust air/gas ratio on the manometer to the specified range.
Insert combustion analyzer probe into flue gas test ports and measure CO2, O2, and CO content.
