Route Options
Select to display the various route
option preferences.
Alternative Routes: If enabled, the
system will provide an additional
screen after Start Guidance has
been selected. There the user will
have the option to preview and
select the calculated routes from
each criteria (Fastest, Shortest,
or Eco) before selecting GO.
Fastest: The route is calculated to
provide the quickest route to the
destination.
Shortest: The route is calculated to
provide the shortest route to the
destination.
Eco: The route is calculated to
provide the most fuel efficient route
to the destination based on speed
and distance.
Use Highways: Unselect to avoid
major roads. A checkmark appears
to indicate the route will use this
parameter for guidance.
Use Toll Roads: Unselect to avoid
toll roads. A checkmark appears to
indicate the route will use this
parameter for guidance.
Use Ferries: Unselect to avoid
ferries. A checkmark appears to
indicate the route will use this
parameter for guidance.
Use Tunnels: Unselect to avoid
tunnels. A checkmark appears to
indicate the route will use this
parameter for guidance.
