Check that the temperature setting isn't set to “Off” or “Chill”; it should be set to “ICE”. Also, verify that the consistency setting isn't too low, and adjust it to a higher value. Confirm that the power receptacle is adequately rated for the dispenser to provide sufficient power to the compressor. Lastly, a dirty filter can cause this issue; remove the filter from the back, soak it in hot soapy water, rinse, dry, and replace it.
