  Several factors can prevent your BURNHARD Grill burner from igniting. It could be due to an empty gas cylinder, so try connecting a new one. A faulty pressure regulator might be the cause, in which case you should have it checked by a specialist. Impurities in the burner, ignition system, or gas hose can also be culprits; try cleaning these parts. Also, check the battery of the ignition electrode and replace it if necessary. Finally, ensure all cables are correctly connected to the ignition element of the burners and to the ignition electrode.
