ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
No suction or light suction
Dust cup is full, suction port of the machine is
blocked or filter is clogged.
Empty dust cup and clean filters (See Emptying the
Dust Cup and Cleaning the Filters sections).
Battery Indicator does not light when charging
•
Main body and adapter are not connected
properly.
•
Check whether the adapter is plugged in.
•
Battery is fully charged and no more charging.
•
Can be used normally.
Can not charge
•
The battery temperature is too high or too low.
•
Leave the vacuum and battery to cool for
at least 45 minutes, until they return to room
temperature.
•
Charging indicator does not light up.
•
Charger is not plugged in.
The red brush roller Indicator flashes The brush roller is blocked.
Remove any string, carpet fibers, or hair that may
be wrapped around the brush roller.
Power indicator flashes red
Motor may have protection
functions such as over-temperature/under-
voltage.
Clean the whole machine until it return to room
temperature. If the Power Indicator still flashes
blue, please contact us.
