Dust cup or filter are not installed correctly.
•
Empty the dust cup.
•
Clear out any garbage that is blocking the motorized floor brush,
tube or filters.
•
Full charge the vacuum cleaner.
•
Install the multi-cone filter, HEPA filter and dust cup according to
the instruction correctly.
