11. Guarantee
BWT Inverter Connect heat pumps are covered by the provisions of the legal safeguards protecting
consumers (compliance and hidden defects).
The PROCOPI- BWT company also offers a commercial guarantee which may only be activated if the
product was stored, handled, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions
provided in this document.
This product is therefore covered by the following commercial guarantee, offered by PROCOPI-BWT as of
the initial date of invoice to the client company:
3 years, or
5 years if the heat pump is permanently connected to the WiFi, and was registered on the BWT
Inverter smartphone app upon commissioning.
