Trouble Shooting Guide for Vehicle CD
Failure Cause Analysis Solutions
1 No power supply or no sound
1. Ignition switch of car is not
turned on.
2. Wires are not connected
properly
1. Please turn the key to “ACC” or
“ON”
2. Check if the wires are
connected properly

Disk has been loaded, but there is
no sound
1. Disk is placed reversely
2. Disk is dirty or seriously
scratched
1. Place the disk properly
2. Clean the disk or replace it with
a new disk

There is jumping sound due to
vibration
1. Unstable installation
2. Disk is dirty or scratched
1. Fasten CD player with
installation components
2. Clean or replace the disk
4
Pre-selected channels disappear
and there is no memory
Battery cable is not connected
properly
Connect the battery cable to an
usual electriferous terminal
5
Loud noise from FM stereo and
mono channel broadcasting
Radio station is too far away or
signal is too weak
Select other radio stations with a
higher signal frequency
