Sensor-setting Combi
When switching the Thickness
setting to Combi, the measure-
ment will be run through in the
sequence Fe - NFe.
As the measurement takes place
on a ferromagnetic substrate, the
procedure will be finished directly
after the Fe measurement.
With the measurement on a non-
magnetic substrate the sequence
will go through and therefore lasts
somewhat longer.
Note:
When STATISTICS is activated, all
film thickness values are stored in
the Memory independently of the
sonde used.
In the case of an incorrect
substrate or a high film thickness,
„Infi“ is written to the memory.
When the instrument is switched
off, the last setting remains active
