ELECTRONIC PRECISION SHIFT
e automatic transmission shi paern is displayed on top of
the shi lever. e selected gear position illuminates in red on the
shi lever. e shi lever always starts in the center position, repre-
sented by a dot on the shi paern. Aer shiing, it returns to the
center position.
ParkPress the buon on top of the lever to shi into Park.
Reverse Press the buon on the side of the lever and move the
lever forward and then le to shi into Reverse.
NeutralMove the lever forward to shi into Neutral.
DriveMove the lever rearward to shi into Drive.
Note: The transmission will not stay in Neutral for an extended period.
It will automatically shift into Park. See Automated Car Wash Mode.
Tap Shi ModeWith the transmission in Drive, pull back on the
lever to activate Manual Mode. Press the le steering wheel paddle
to downshi and the right paddle to upshi. Pull back on the lever
again to return to Drive.

DRIVER MODE CONTROL
Driver Mode Control automatically adjusts the steering, suspension,
and powertrain tuning in real time.
Press the MODE buon
on the center console to
select the Tour, Sport,
Snow/Ice (front-wheel
drive models only), or
AWD (all-wheel drive)
mode.
e AWD indicator below the
Mode buon will illuminate
when the Sport or AWD
mode is selected.

AUTOMATED CAR WASH MODE
To place the transmission in Neutral with the engine running for an
extended period of time:
1. While pressing the brake pedal, open the driver's door and
then shi to N (Neutral). If the door is opened aer shiing to
Neutral, the transmission may shi to Park.
2. e indicator should show N. If it does not, select Neutral again.
3. Upon returning to the vehicle, shi into Park.
