If your Cafe Caps Coffee Maker isn't dispensing coffee, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the tank isn't empty and refill if needed. Next, check that the water tank is correctly seated. Also, the capsule drawer might be full, so empty the capsule receptacle. Limescale buildup in the ducts can also cause this issue; try decalcification. If none of these steps work, the pump may be defective.
