Connect!the!C1!capacitors!t o!the!positive!terminals!of!the!RCA!connectors!(one!
per! channel).! The! trick! here! is! to! shape! the! pins! of! the! capacitors! before!
attempting!to!solder!them.!!Start!with!the!one!on!the!bottom!(dedicated!as!the!
left!audio!channel).!Refer!to!Figure!24!-!RCA!to!potentiometer!connections!to!see!a!
recommended!way!to!do!this.!

In! the! diagram! you! can! see! that! the! bottom! capacitor! connects! the! positive!
terminal!of!the!RCA!to!pin!3!(left! channel! input)!of!the!potentiometer.!The!top!
capacitor!performs!the!same!task!for!the!right!audio!channel.!
