As explained in the (ET and Rain Tables) portion of
this guide, historical ET is used as a back up to daily
ET, or it can be used as the source data to drive the
program if real time ET is not used. In either case,
you would want to use historical ET for the area you
are located in. The ET2000e controller stores
historical ET information for several states /
counties, and numerous cities. Select the area that
most closely represents your location (Figure 5.45)
