On each door remove the metal
door stop. Use the centre hinge
pin as a guide to align the door
stop on the opposite side, after
reversing the handles.

cabinet. Do not tighten screws on hinge side at this time.

Transfer Fresh Food Door Handle to the Right
Dependent on the model, your refrigerator will have either a short or a
long Fresh Food Handle Trim, refer figure 1. The handle is secured by 3
screws, 2 on the top mounting tab and 1 hidden behind the flat trim
located below the grip portion of the handle. The hidden screw is
exposed by sliding the flat trim down approximately 1 inch and then
pulling outwards to remove the trim. The trim will be stiff to slide and
strong tape can be used to assist in gripping the short trim, refer to the
steps below.
To remove handle with short trim…
• Apply an 8 inch long double layer of strong tape to the face of the trim
producing a 4 inch gripping surface, refer figure 2. Slide the trim down
