Handling a frozen washing machine
If the temperature drops below 0℃ and your washing machine is frozen,you can:

Wrap up the faucet with the towel soaked in warm water
and pour warm water on it to unfreeze the water supply
hose.
Remove the water supply hose and soak it in warm water.

Remove residues and stains on each part and
ensure no blockage inside.
Reconnect the water supply hose.Turn on the
faucet and make sure the connections are
watertight.
Keep the washing machine clean to enhance the performance, avoid unnecessary
maintenance and increase the service life.
