Close pressure regulator,
Turn ON compressor and
Allow tank to reach
maximum pressure.

Attach air hose
to regulator outlet.
Adjust regulator
knob so outlet
pressure is between
60 psi and 100 psi.
Use 90 psi to
100 psi for
nailing or
stapling.

Place 4 to 5 drops of nailer
oil in air inlet. Tip nailer back
to reduce spillage.

Summary

Oilless Compressor Setup Steps

Step 1: Initial Compressor Pressure

Close the pressure regulator, turn on the compressor, and allow the tank to reach maximum pressure.

Step 2: Air Hose Connection and Pressure Adjustment

Connect the air hose to the regulator outlet and set the pressure between 60-100 psi for optimal use.

Step 3: Nailer/Stapler Lubrication

Add 4-5 drops of nailer oil to the air inlet of the tool to prevent spillage during operation.

Step 4: Connecting Air Tools

Pull back the coupler collar and insert the nailer plug or attachment securely into the connection.
