Error Message Cause Corrective Action
Problem with Printhead The Printhead nozzles are
becoming clogged.
If printing is faint, clean the Printhead .
Wrong printhead. An incompatible Printhead has
been installed.
Open the Top Cover and replace the Printhead with a
new one.
PHead needs cleaning. The Printhead nozzles are
clogged.
Press the Online button to resume printing.
Hold down the Stop button for a second or more to
cancel printing.

Blue platen switch is dirty. The blue Switch on the platen is
dirty.
Open the Top Cover and clean the blue Switch on
the platen.
