  If copies from your Canon All in One Printer are dirty, it could be due to: * The platen glass or the platen glass cover is not clean. Clean them. * The cartridge is damaged. If there is a scratch on the cartridge, replace it. * The machine is not adjusted to room temperature. Allow at least 2 hours for it to adjust. * The machine is not installed in a stable location. Install the machine in a proper location.
