If your Canon Printer displays 'The remaining ink amount unknown', replace the applicable ink cartridge. Alternatively, press and hold the Stop button for 5 seconds or longer to continue printing without replacing the ink cartridge(s). Note that doing so will disable the function to detect the remaining ink amount.
