Wireless Pairing [WSP]
This menu item allows you to connect wireless speakers from the Canton Smart Series to your BRA 3 / VRA 3. In such a wireless speaker se-
tup, the BRA 3 / VRA 3 is always the “master speaker”, other speakers will be defined as “slave speakers”. You can connect wireless speakers
for the surround left and right channels, and a wireless subwoofer.
For pairing slave speakers, proceed as follows:
1
To enter the menu, press the "M" button.
2
Use the
" " or " "
button
to navigate into the menu Wireless Setup [WIS] and confirm with the "OK" button.
3
Select the function Wireless Pairing
[WSP]
and confirm with the "OK" button.
4
The Wireless Pairing
[WSP]
menu is entered and the Status “Connecting…” should be indicated. The speaker's display shows [PAI].
5
Now, select the speaker you want to connect using the up or down key. You can pair the L.Surr (left surround speaker), R.Surr (right surround
speaker), the L.Top (left height speaker), the R.Top (right height speaker), or a SUB (wireless subwoofer).
Note: In case no TV is connected to the BRA 3 / VRA 3, the display shows the respective channel instead of pair [PAI]. This is [SL] for the left and [SR]
for the right surround channel, [TFL] for the left and [TFR] for the right height speaker, and [SUB] for a subwoofer.
Caution: Before starting the pairing process, the speaker to be paired (slave speaker) must have been disconnected from the mains for at least 30
seconds.
6
Now, press the "OK" button. The Status indication should change to Pairing.
