Prepare the base by filling side and middle bases with sand or water.
Attach the upper bracket onto the lower bracket.
Assemble the pedal, turn plate, and base tube using provided hardware.
Attach the middle bases onto the brackets.
Attach the side bases to the bracket.
Insert the lower and upper base covers into the base tube.
Connect the umbrella shade to the base tube using bolts.
Position umbrella shade and attach the crank.
Shake fabric, press button, and turn crank to open umbrella.
Hold pedal and rotate umbrella pole for 360-degree rotation.
Press button and push to tilt umbrella to desired position.
Turn crank counterclockwise to close the umbrella.
Press button and push down to adjust umbrella tilt.
Tie the umbrella to the pole with the strap when not in use.
