SABBATH
Uses Conventional Heat with a selectable time of up
to 74 hours, and a selectable temperature of 70°C to
140°C.
ROAST
This function uses Fan Heat. Once your chosen
temperature is set, the function automatically raises
the oven to 250°C. Once reached it will drop to the set
temperature.
PROVING
This function uses Base Heat at a temperature of 30°C.
Ideal for proving dough.
