      If your Caple Ventilation Hood isn't working, first check for a power outage. Ensure a speed setting is selected and that the 9-pole connection is properly inserted. Push the red reset key located over the electrical system box. Also, verify the wires of the 9-pole connection are correctly inserted into the connector, as excessive pressure during connection can bend the contacts.
