To further optimize the performance of the unit, perform the following
steps:
Keep doors and windows closed.
Limit energy usage by using TIMER ON and TIMER OFF functions.
Do not block air inlets or outlets.
Regularly inspect and clean air filters.
ENERGY SAVING TIPS
DO NOT set the unit to excessive temperature levels.
While cooling, close the curtains to avoid direct sunlight.
Doors and windows should be kept closed to keep cool or warm air
in the room.
DO NOT place objects near the air inlet and outlet of the unit.
Replace the air FILTER every 30 to 90 days depending on
thickness and MERV.

CONTROLS OPTIONS
The air handler fan coil unit can be controlled mainly through the
following methods.
1. Wired controller (Optional) - KSACN1401AAA
Non-polarity controller used to operate all functions. The wired
controller is equipped with an infrared receiver and can be used in
conjunction with the wireless controller.

2. Wireless controller (Included)
Hand-held wireless remote provides the same functionality as the
wired controller and can be used independently or in conjunction
with the wired controller.
3. Third party heat pump thermostat (Not Included)
Allows the control of the air handler via the built-in 24V interface.
NOTE:
The wired controller and wireless remote cannot be used
when a third party thermostat is used.
