15 - MAINTENANCE
Air lters
Depending on the installation conditions, the lter aspect must
be examined to de ne the cleaning or replacing periodicity.
Spare parts should be planned for.
The pressure drop data of the technical catalogue are given for
clean lters. Cleaning the lters is very important to maintain
the required available pressure of the unit.
On units with a clogged lter di erential pressure switch, an
alarm is triggered on the electronic control when the factory-set
clogging threshold is exceeded depending on the combination
of lters selected.
G4 gravimetric lters (row 1). Cleaning can be done with a
household vacuum cleaner. Replace them periodically.
F7 creased opacimetric lters (row 2). It is necessary to
replace them.
Filter removal:
The lter holder structure is prepared for lateral ( g. 15.1 and
15.2) or lower ( g. 15.3 and 15.4) removal.
To remove the frames, unscrew the closing panels (Allen M4
screws) and remove the 2 screw knobs, located on either
side of the unit. Then separate the tensioner and remove the
frames from each row. Finally, remove the connecting parts
between the frames.

In units with mixing box, the lter holder structure is located
inside the box. To access the filters, it is necessary to
disassemble the panels located on both sides of the box and
which are xed with Allen M4 screws.
