1 second interval.
If COMPRESSOR STALL COUNT
(CMPA1CTL_stall_ct) = 5 in STALL
TIME PERIOD chiller will shut down.
DELTA AMPS PERCENT = 10% and
STALL TIME PERIOD = 8 min.

(34°F). If evaporator fluid type is
set to water (SERVICE1_flui_typ
= 0), this alarm will be generated.
