7.3 Calibrating the probe reading.
Press the On/Off button again. SET will appear on screen.
Adjust the probe reading value using buttons (+) and (-).
The calibration range is from -6 ºC to 6 ºC
Value by default 0 ºC.

7.4 Locking the thermostat buttons.
Press the On/Off button for 7 seconds and 50 will appear on
screen.
Press the (-) button until 45 appears. Press the On/Off button
and UL will appear on screen (unlocked).
Then press the (+) button and Lc (locked) will appear on
screen.

Press the On/Off button for 7 seconds and 50 will appear on
screen.
Press the (-) button until 45 appears. Press the On/Off button
and Lc will appear on screen (locked).
