CPR Adjustment

Operating Conditions for CPR

Run the unit on HEAT or DEFROST mode for CPR adjustment. Applicable for Road ONLY at 2400 rpm.

Standard CPR Adjustment

Set XARIOS 350 to 2.4 bars (35 psig) at the CPR port. Adjustment increases by 0.1 bar per meter of evaporator location.

Refrigerant Charge

Operating Conditions for Charging

Run the unit on COOL mode for refrigerant charging. Applies to Road (2400 rpm) or Standby mode.

Initial Refrigerant Charge

Initial charge for XARIOS 350 is 1.7 Kg R 404 A. Complete charge using the sight glass at 0°C box temperature.

TXV Setting

Superheat Measurement

Measure superheat using Pressure (Po) and Temperature (To) at manifold, and Temperature (T1) with thermocouple at bulb location.

Superheat Value

The superheat should be 8°C at 0°C box temperature or 4°C at -20°C box temperature.
