1) Set permission level with each submenu, then press “Save”.
Modifiable (write permission) – Permission for the current user to modify the selected menu
Readable (read permission) – Permission for the current user to access the selected menu
2) Readable level cannot be set higher than Modifiable level.
(Modifiable level >= Readable level).
