27.-Ontheright-handsidereconnectthebatteryposi-
tivecableandthewiringstothestartermotor,battery
cut-offswitchandalternator.Fittheguardbackonto
thestartermotor.
28.-Retthetwodeliveryandreturnlinestothecab
heaterandthepipeinsertedonthelowersleeve
comingfromtheexpansiontank.Rettheupperand
lowersleevesoftheradiatorengineconnection.Se-
curethestrapsandclampstighteningthepipes.
29.-Reconnectthepowersteeringspoolvalveoill-
tertogetherwiththesupport.Reconnectthepower
steeringoildrainpipeandthesupplypipetothe
spoolvalveofthegearbox.
30.-Retthetwooildeliveryandreturnpipestothe
coolerandsecurethemwiththerelevantclamp.
31.-Reassemblethepowersteeringpump.Fitback
onthetransmissionoillterassemblyandxthe
screws,reconnectthedeliverypipingtotheliftand
tothepowersteeringanti-cavitationassemblyonthe
pump,theoillterinletfromthetransmission,andthe
twosuctionlinesfromtheltertothepump.
32.-Connectthepipestothepowersteeringcylinder
andthesupplytothespoolvalve.
33.-IfitwasnecessarytoremovetheDPFsupportpro-
ceedasfollows:
1–Mounttheuppersupport(1)ontherightone(2)
withthethreeAllenscrews.
2–Mounttheleftsupport(5)securingittotheengine
withthethreelowerscrews.
3–Mounttheassemblyofthesupports(1)and(2)
totheenginewiththefourscrewsinposition(3),re-
spectingthereferencemarksmadewhendisman-
tling.
4–Securethesupport(5)tothesupport(1)withthe
twoupperscrewswiththetwoadjustmentbushings.
5–Mountthesupport(4)totheenginewiththetwo
lowerscrews,fastenthethreeleftscrewstothesup-
port(5)andwiththetwoupperscrewstothesupport
(1)

34.-FittheDPFlterassemblybackon,returningthe
entireunitintopositionandfasteningthefourxing
screwsoftheassemblytothecradle.
Observation:
IfafterrettingtheDPFlteryoundaslightmis-
alignmentwiththeaxisoftheturbine,itispossibleto
makeacorrection.Onthetwoscrewsxingthel-
tertothecradletherearetwothreadedbushings(2)
heldinpositionbyagrubscrew(1).
LoosenthegrubscrewwithanAllenwrench,screw
thebushinginoroutbytheamountnecessaryto
correctthemisalignment,retightenthegrubscrew
andxthesupport.
