With the density system operating in the manual
mode:
The pressure in the density cylinders will remain
constant. In that case the actual measured load
will vary according to crop conditions.
The actual measured plunger load, applied on
the bale by the plunger, is displayed on top of the
indicator, on a scale between 0 and 120.
NOTE: In case the measured plunger load is more than
120, the value displayed on top on the indicator bar will
change to OVERLOAD.
Capacity indicator
The capacity indication is the ratio between the
number of plunger strokes per stuffer stroke.
The ratio is determined by the size of the swath or
windrow, the ground speed and the stuffer trip
sensitivity setting.
The capacity indicator will light up proportionally to
the calculated ratio.
