CUTTER BAR INSPECTION/FAILURE
ANALYSIS
In the event of a failure of the Case IH modular disc
cutter bar, it is important to properly inspect the unit to
determine the extent of the damage. A thorough
examination will help to locate all the damaged
components, and minimize unnecessary repair
labor. Often, it may not be necessary to disassemble
the cutter bar to repair or replace the failed
components.
