Tire & Frame Dimensions
(Letters refer to chart above)
Adjustable Bar Axle
*NOTE 1:
Inner wheel hub locking bolts must face to
the outside bar style axle ( Fig.
1 ).
NOTE 2:
Tire clearance between inner and outer tire
is
5.98 (15.19 cm).
NOTE 3:
Tire clearance between inner and outer tire
is
4.95 (12.57 cm).
IMPORTANT:
With dual tires, space between bias-
ply tires must be at least 4 in. (100 mm). More space
may be needed between radial ply tires.
To change rim outer wheel disc position and main-
tain proper direction of tire rotation, move each tire
to opposite side of tractor. Dual combinations
provide spacing for 30" and 32" rows.
CAUTION: Be especially careful if
single wheels must be used so that
individual tire load rating is not exceed-
ed (refer to tire load rating chart on
page
19).
Danger of an overturn also
greatly increases with single wheel
narrow tread setting and high speed.
For hillside operation, use only dual
wheels - front and rear and avoid sharp
uphill turns.
