Pump in torque regulation mode H
The proportional valve acts on the pump torque regulation
On the CX130 the pump torque increases when the proportional valve pressure increases.
The output pressure from the proportional valve pushes the piston G & G' to the left side and compresses the
non-adjustable spring. A higher force on the levers L& L' coming from the compensation valve C is required to
press onto the adjustable spring of the torque regulation valve D & D' to reduce the swash plate angles.
1) In H mode the proportional valve pressure (15,2 to 19,2b with a 600 mA to 450 mA current at
2150 rpm) sets the pump at the maximum output torque.
2) In S mode the proportional valve pressure ( 9,2 to 13,2b with a 292 mA current at 1950rpm) sets
the pump at 90% of the maximum output torque.
3) In L mode the proportional valve pressure (current < 100mA at 1850rpm) sets the
pump at 70% of the maximum output torque.
