Travel drift
(Pressures P1 and P2 correct)

rotating speed at the sprockets

Check travel motor leaks (No. 4)

Check pressures P1 and P2 during
travel
The pressure difference between P1
and P2 is greater than 30 bars

Check the regulating pressure (N) of
the pump (No. 3)

Check the regulating pressure (N) of
the pump
Pressure greater than 6 bars
(0.6 MPa)
Check the main valve:
Adjust or change
Check the pump regulator or body
which is at fault
Adjust or change
Pressure below 6 bars (0.6 MPa)
Check the travel spool pilot pressure
on the side which is at fault:
Pressure below 30 bars (3 MPa)
Check the operation of the control
pedal spool, replace or repair
Pressure greater than 30 bars
(3 MPa)
Check the travel spool (sticking,
scratched ...)
4 Check the travel motors for leaks
Greater than 3 L/min Replace or repair the travel motor
Below 3 L/min
Check the travel pressure without
load (with track raised)
Normal pressure,
Change the central seal
Higher than normal pressure,
Drain the reduction gear and check if
there is any contamination (metal
particles).
Replace or repair the travel reduction
gear
