Cylinderblock

centerofthecrankshaftmatchesthecenteroftheblock.Tightenthebearingcapusingtheplasticregionrotational
angletighteningmethodwiththeladderframestructure.
Cylinderliner
Acylinderlinerthatmatcheswiththecylinderblockboreinnerdiameterisselected,andtheidenticationnumberis
stampedontheleftsideofthecylinder.
Piston
Thepistonisastrutcastautothermaticpistonmadeofaluminumalloy,andthecombustionchamberistheround
re-entranttype.
Cylinderhead
Thecylinderheadismadeofcastironandhasfourvalvespercylinder.Theangletighteningmethodhasbeen
adoptedforthecylinderheadbolttofurtherimproveitsreliabilityanddurability.
Crankshaft
Thecrankshaftusestufftridedsteel,andeachofthejournaldiametergradesaremarkedontheNo.1balanceweight.
EGRsystem
TheEGRsystemiscontrolledbytheenginecontrolmodule(ECM)accordingtovariousdata,includingthewater
temperature,enginespeed,andengineload,torecirculatetheexhaustgasforpurication.Theprimarycomponents
aretheEGRvalve,EGRcooler,andvarioussensors.
Connectingrodcapbolt
Theangletighteningmethodhasbeenadoptedfortheconnectingrodcapbolttofurtherimproveitsreliabilityand
durability.
Commonrail(fuelrail)typeelectroniccontrolinjectionsystem
Thecommonrail(fuelrail)typeelectroniccontrolinjectionsystemconsistsofthefuelsupplypumpthatsetsthetarget
pressureofthehighpressurefueltosupplythefuel,thecommonrail(fuelrail)thatmeasuresthehigh-pressurefuel,
andthefuelinjectorthatinjectsthefuelintheformofanemist.EachoftheseiscontrolledbytheECMbasedon
varioussignalsthatcontroltheinjectiontimingandinjectionquantityinaccordancewithdrivingconditions.
Fuelinjector
Thefuelinjectorhasadoptedthe7-holenozzle,andadjuststhefuelinjectionquantityandinjectiontimingbyopening
orclosingtheelectromagneticvalveontheinjectorheadportion.
TheECMcorrectsvariationsinthefuelinjectionquantitybetweenfuelinjectorsinaccordancewiththeIDcodedata
inthememory.Whenadjustingthefuelinjector,theIDcodedatamustberecordedintheECM.
Fuellterwithsedimenter
Thefuellterwithsedimenterremoveswaterbyusingthedifferenceinthespecicgravityofdieseloilandwater,and
notiestheoperatorthroughtheindicatorwhenitbecomesfullofwater.
