KEEP THE LOADER PROPERLY
MAINTAINED
DO NOT operate a machine that is defective or
has missing parts. Make sure all recommended
maintenance procedures are completed before
operating the machine.
Check all controls regularly and adjust as
needed. Make sure tractor brakes are evenly
adjusted.
Periodically check all nuts and bolts for tightness,
especially tractor wheel attaching hardware. See
“Lubrication and maintenance” for hardware
torque
specifications.
Make sure loader is correctly installed on the
tractor, and that attaching pins are locked.
TRACTOR BALLAST AND TREAD
ADJUSTMENT
Make sure tractor has rear ballast (weight) to
stabilize the load--carrying capacity of the
machine.
Move tractor wheels to the widest recommended
setting to increase stability.
See ”Operaton” in this manual for ballast and
tread width information. Also see tractor’s
manual for more information.
