replace
the
ink
ribbon
l.
Remove
the
printer
cover.
2.
Remove
the inner
cover
by
grasping
its
top
on
the
left
side
and lifting
up
to the right.
3. Unroll
about
10
centimeters
of ribbon
and
place
the
take-up
spool
on the
left
shaft.
4.
Insert
the ribbon
into
the
ribbon
feed
slot
between
the
printer
rollers.
Loop
the ribbon
around
the
outside guard
brackets
as
in the
illustration.
5. Move
the
ribbon
clip to
the left.
While
holding
the
clip open, place
the feed
spool
on
the right
shaft
and
take
up
any
slack in
the ribbon.

Other
types
of
ink
ribbons
can
damage
the
printer.
Never
try
to
exteld
the life
of
an ink
ribbon

key
to
test for
correct
operation.
