3-4. Clean around IC
1) Rosin is remaining, to the location that
soldered IC.
2) Ethyl alcohol is used, to remove rosin.
3) Rosin is removed carefully by using
alcohol and cotton applicator.
4) After that around IC becomes clean like
above photograph.
Note1 : Be sure that the IC have no bent pins.
A bent pin will make contact for a while, but
after vibration it no longer does.
Note2 : Cleanup does not use tissue paper.
