Using Baroque Pitch
During the Baroque Era, standard pitch (A4) was lower than
the modern standard. The Baroque pitch setting of your
digital piano lets you play Baroque era music at the pitch it
was written for.
Use the keys shown below to change the Baroque pitch
setting.

5 .... ON: Baroque pitch (A4 = 415.3Hz)

5 ..... OFF: Modern standard (A4 = 440.0Hz)
To turn Baroque pitch off and on

Hold down the SETTING button. Note that you must
keep the SETTING button depressed until step 3,
below.

While still holding down the SETTING button,
switch baroque pitch on or off by pressing one of
the keyboard keys illustrated below.
No sound is produced when the keys are pressed.

Release the SETTING button.
NOTE
The Baroque pitch setting you make is retained until
you change it or until you switch power off. Whenever
you switch power on, the default setting is off (A4 =
440.0Hz).
