Select “Start” – “Settings”
– “Connections” – “WAN
Settings” in that order.
In the WAN Setting screen,
select “Power” tab.
Check “WAN Power”, and tap
“Apply” button.

Select “Start” - “Settings” -
“Connections” - “Wireless
Manager” in that order.
Check if “Phone” is set to “On”.
If it is not set to “On”, set it to “On”.
