5. DIAGNOSTIC PROGRAM
5-1. Launching The Diagnostic Program
(1) Set the paper.
(2) Perform initialization.
Plug the power cord to a power outlet with the Mode Switch OFF.
While pressing the keys below, turn the Mode Switch to [PGM].
One-printer model [FEED]
Two-printer model [JOURNAL FEED]
Initialization is complete when "INIT" appears on the Main Display.

(4) The diagnostic program starts and the version information of the diagnostic program is
automatically printed.
NOTE: Once the program starts, the status is displayed.

5-2. Exiting the Diagnostic Program
(1) Turn the Mode Switch to [OFF].
(2) Perform initialization.
(3) Unplug the Power cord.
