Cleaning Procedure
TOOLS NEEDED
NOTE:
To clean the unit, itʼs
recommended to use
Cassida cleaning products.

Standard maintenance and cleaning of the unit are important and recommended to significantly prolonging the
lifespan of the product. Cleaning the unit helps prevent issues that may lead to costly repairs. Dirty sensors can
affect the overall performance of the Cassidaʼs C300, which can lead to a variety of errors such as E1 – E9 and
EA codes. We at Cassida suggest performing weekly cleaning on the unit to maintain top performance.
STEPS
1. Turn the power switch off and disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the three screws located at the bottom edge of the housing, that secure it.
The picture below shows the location of the three screws:
